<strong>written exam<\/strong>, but still in the <strong>oral exam<\/strong> (if you are on time).<\/li>\n<li>Your <strong>participation in the telc exam\u00a0 in Berlin is only possible if the entire control<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Before undergoing the exam Kapitel Zwei Berlin is committed to a strict identity control. Please bring your <strong>passport<\/strong> or your identity card on the day of the exam (otherwise you cannot take the exam). Identity Fraud will be reported to the <strong>police<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All unregistered persons (relatives, friends) must wait outside the building. These must correspond <strong>exactly<\/strong> with the details in your <strong>identification document (valid passport, identity card).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>a)<strong> Official registration<\/strong> for the exam at Kapitel Zwei (for our database and for forwarding to telc gGmbH)<\/p>\n<p>b) Booking confirmation by email for a <strong>second check for security purposes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>c) On the <strong>cover sheet (Deckblatt)<\/strong> on the day of your exam<\/p>\n<p><strong>All data must match to the smallest detail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The information you give under point c) on the day of the exam will be forwarded to telc gGmbH and will show on your certificate.\u00a0If the details under c) do not match the information under a) and b) and you wish to make a change on the certificate, you will have to pay a <strong>fee of \u20ac50 for the correction<\/strong>. They will ensure that you <strong>comply with the examination regulations<\/strong>. Depending on the quarter, the results can sometimes take up to 3-4 weeks. If you do not show up for your exam, you are not entitled to a refund of the exam fee. A one time rebooking is possible upon presenting an <strong>official medical certificate or sick note<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>from a doctor<\/strong>\u00a0(In German:\u00a0<em>\u201ccertificate of incapacity for work | AUB\u201d<\/em>).<\/li>\n<li>You must present a<strong> valid medical certificate<\/strong> no later than the next working day until 6 pm <strong>after the day of the exam<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Submitting a medical certificate for the same subject examination is only possible once.
