After receiving the request via the form, we will contact you by email. A valid email address must be provided to communicate all booking related details with the participant.<\/p>\n<p>The contract starts with sending a binding reservation to the email address, given in the form. The course and\/or examination fees stated in the reservation email, are to be paid by the stated reservation date, depending on the selected offer. If the reservation date is not met, Kapitel Zwei reserves the right to automatically terminate the contract without further notice. Possibilities for rebooking, cancellation or other changes for the booked courses can be found in <a href=\"https:\/\/kapitel-zwei.de\/it\/condizioni-generali-di-contratto\/#%C2%A75\">\u00a75<\/a>. German law applies.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"Binding\"><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Binding nature of booking confirmations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Booking confirmations issued by Kapitel\u202fZwei\u202f.\u202fDeutsch-Sprachschule\u202fBerlin\u202fGmbH via email or through the online booking system constitute <strong>the only binding basis for participation in courses, exams, or other services<\/strong>. Any (modified) information included in the payment reference (for example regarding the date, course type, or desired exam date) serves exclusively internal processing purposes and does not have contractual effect. Subsequent courses will need to be booked within the office opening hours before your requested language course is booked out. If the necessary numbers failed to be recruited (before\/after course start), \u201cKapitel Zwei. A possible change of teacher or course book does not entitle you to terminate or withdraw from the contract.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" promotions within the<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>listed tariffs<\/li>\n<li>specified periods (*not retroactive) and<\/li>\n<li>Addressees (regular customers or new customers of a certain month).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>In particular, discounts and special offers do not apply to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for combining two or more promotions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>*Transferring a Deutsch-Sprachschule Berlin GmbH\u201d will advise you of any change in date, duration or cancellation no later than two days prior to start of the course. If you disagree with any of the amendments made to the course, you shall be provided a full refund. The tutor has the right to arrange for alternative dates in consultation with the participants.<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"online\"><\/a><br \/>\nShould attending our courses within our premises no longer be possible due to<\/p>\n<p>a) organisational reasons or<\/p>\n<p>b) to a pandemic (e.g. a virus), Kapitel Zwei reserves the right to switch the entire school programme to <strong>online teaching<\/strong>. Cancellation or rebooking are excluded in this case.<\/p>\n<p>The offer of virtual classes is completely equivalent to the offer of real classes: same time, same duration, same period, same level, same content, knowledge of German at the end of the course identical to regular in-class lessons.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-9vzuesbx-07828d1baa388e700653aa0ee694bf4f\">\n#top .av_textblock_section.av-9vzuesbx-07828d1baa388e700653aa0ee694bf4f .avia_textblock{\nfont-size:16px;\n}\n<\/style>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-9vzuesbx-07828d1baa388e700653aa0ee694bf4f '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><a name=\"Catchupdate\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous: Catch up date<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A possible cancellation of the lesson due to illness of the teacher will be announced via e-mail. Alternatively, we can organize an adequate replacement or a catch-up date (online with zoom or on-site at school).<\/p>\n<p>The cancelled lessons can be made up for at another time agreed by the teacher and the participants. The alternative date will take place if 80% of the course participants confirm their participation in a democratic vote. This corresponds to payment by instalments.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note on visa-relevant course changes:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf a booked course cannot take place due to an insufficient number of participants or other organizational reasons, the corresponding number of lessons (UE) for that period will be omitted. A content monitoring through the HotSpot provider does not take place. Verbal collateral agreements do not exist.
