Cancellation

In the Classic course tariff you can cancel your course up to 14 days before the start of the course, via email. We will then refund 80% of your course fees. After that, any form of cancellation, postponement or refund is excluded.

Rebooking

In the Classic course tariff you can rebook once your course up to 14 days before the start of the course, via email. There will not be a second rebooking or goodwill action in any form. We will then refund 80% of your course fees.

All other tariffs do not include rebooking or cancellation.

Kapitel Zwei does not cover transfer fees.
