Within this conversation course at Kapitel Zwei, you will expand your vocabulary and improve your ability to talk. You will become more confident with the use of the German language and you will be able to deal with various everyday situations in German – instead of in English.

The focus is on vocabulary exercises, communicative games, expressions and mini-dialogues with a view of everyday life situations, such as shopping, living, going to a restaurant, meeting people, understanding and telling time, getting and giving information, etc.

The class is very small in order for you to learn more effectively and to be able to speak more often.

The course will take place 1x per week.

Your teacher is native German and has many years of experience, especially with beginners. He teaches the German language with a high level of commitment, a lot of patience and a clear structure. You will love to communicate more and more in German in everyday life.

This course is suitable for levels A1.2 to A2.2. We offer sperate conversation courses for higher levels.

In this conversation course at Kapitel Zwei you are given the possibility to broaden your vocabulary and make you feel more secure in speaking. At this language level you are already able to say quite a lot, but maybe you are still a bit insecure in using your ability in daily routine. This course gives you the possibility to overcome that problem.

In small groups you get the ground to experiment with the German language. You can practice to communicate and reason your opinion, experiences as well as aims, dreams and hopes.

The main focus lies on communication games, dialogues and useful phrases that are practical for discussions in regard to everyday situations and problems e.g. pros and cons to sometimes controversial topics or personal field of interest.

In this conversation course at Kapitel Zwei you are given the possibility to bring your German vocabulary to perfection and fill the final gaps, to achieve a language ability that sounds almost as natural as one of a native speaker. On that level you should already feel quite secure in speaking spontaneously, but if you are still a bit afraid of that, this is the right course for you!

In this course the focus lies on you and that you speak as much as possible, but also purposeful, to develop and express your opinion to certain topics. There are controversial subjects, but also daily life subjects, which are to discuss in small groups and/or in a plenum. Also the possibility is given to speak about short film or audio clips, even short texts, if desired.
