Guided tour through Berlin – free of charge – in English
On the move with your language school for German
On Wednesday, 23rd August, an exceptional event is happening. We’ll join a guided tour through Berlin, and discover interesting and historical places. The tour takes place from 1 – 4.15 p.m. Find out more about Berlin before or after your German course. Gain insider information, which might surprise your friends.
We’ll pass popular sights and learn about past and present history in a very modern way. You’ll hear about legends, truth, happy moments or tragedies, which have all taken place in Berlin. Go through Berlin from the little fishing village to the Prussian kingdom, walk past the Berlin Wall or maybe the so-called Stalinallee. Have a look at the Reichstag building, the Berliner Dom, Checkpoint Charlie, the Brandenburg Gate, or the Holocaust Memorial – accompanied by explanations in English.
Due to the popularity of that tour and the limited places, register in time at the office – 1 day in advance at the latest. We’ll meet at 12.45 p.m. in front oft he One08 hostel, Otto-Braun-Straße 65, 10178 Berlin-Alexanderplatz.
The tour is free of charge, but you are free to give our excellent guide a little donation as a sign of your appreciation.
We are looking forward to meeting you there.
