Hygiene and safety measures for teaching during the corona pandemic

Kapitel Zwei. Deutsch-Sprachschule Berlin GmbH

In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus pandemic in our training rooms, offices and wet rooms, Kapitel Zwei Berlin is committed to the following general hygiene measures in accordance with the applicable local authority requirements, which can be adjusted depending on local regulations:

Hygiene plan within the school:

  • Please note that the 3G rule for lessons on-site will apply.
  • Furthermore, the following recommendations are still in place:
    • a) wearing a medical mask or FFP2 mask within the classroom – if a distance of less than 1.50m cannot be maintained or in case of bad ventilation. The teacher has the right to make his/her own decisions.
    • b) Please note: Outside the classroom (within the school building), it is still mandatory to wear a medical or FFP2 mask.
  • Therefore: Eating & drinking only outside | not in the school building
  • In urgent emergencies, the language school keeps stock of a small amount of FFP2 or medical masks and disposable gloves.
  • Installation of several disinfection stations in the school building for active use
  • When entering the school, hand disinfection as well as hand washing + disinfection is mandatory
  • Cough / spit protection walls in reception areas with public traffic
  • No school attendance with cold symptoms (even without a fever)
  • Adhere to the cough and sneeze etiquette

Vaccinated people

You are considered fully vaccinated with a vaccine licensed within the EU, if the second vaccination has taken place at least 15 days prior to course participation.

Please note that if you have had a Johnson & Johnson vaccination, you must refresh your immune system with an additional mRNA vaccine dose in order to be able to take part in the face-to-face courses. This is possible from four weeks after the last Johnson & Johnson vaccination.

Your vaccination status will be checked by the teacher before the course starts. Please have your ID/ID card and your digital Cov19 pass (#App) ready.

For the safety of all students, teachers and staff, we recommend a booster vaccination.

Recovered people

Recovered persons must be able to prove this fact via PCR test, PoC-PCR test on request. This test must be at least 28 days and no more than three (!) months old. After three months, the status of a recovered person expires.

Tested people

If you are neither considered fully vaccinated nor recovered, you must provide a current, official negative Corona test from the testing centre. Kapitel Zwei is required to provide documentation.

Many thanks for your cooperation! This way, you help us keeping the school and our on-site courses running.
